Main raw and auxiliary materials: intermediate NG6, cytosine, ammonium sulfate, trimethylchlorosilane, lithium chloride, hexamethyldisilazane, ethyl acetate, benzyl ether, hydrochloric acid, methanol, isopropanol, acetone, liquid ammonia, p-methylacetophenone, trifluoroacetic acid ethyl ester, sodium methoxide, p-sulfonamide phenylhydrazine hydrochloride, ethanol, 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde, sodium borohydride, anhydrous ethanol, sulfoxide chloride, dichloromethane, anhydrous sodium sulfate, N-methylcyclohexylamine, potassium carbonate, glucose monohydrate, 3-pyridyl acetate hydrochloride, phosphite, phosphorus trichloride, chlorobenzene, sodium hydroxide, diatomaceous earth, ethyl acetate Ethers, etc.

2、 Pollutant discharge situation before audit

Wastewater: Enterprise wastewater mainly includes process wastewater, equipment and ground flushing wastewater, initial rainwater, exhaust gas treatment wastewater, and employee domestic wastewater. After being treated by the enterprise's self built sewage treatment station, it is discharged into the salt chemical new area sewage treatment plant (Tongfang Water Co., Ltd.) for centralized treatment and standard discharge.

Waste gas: The company has set up a total of 5 exhaust pipes. Among them:

1) The ammonia containing waste gas of gemcitabine hydrochloride in workshop 05 of the enterprise is treated with "three-stage falling film water absorption" and then discharged at high altitude through a 25m high exhaust pipe DA001 after being "three-stage acid washed" together with organic waste gas.

2) During the production process of anticancer drugs in Workshop 05 and general drugs in Workshop 04 of the enterprise, the acidic waste gas treated with "three-stage alkaline washing", the dusty waste gas treated with "first stage filter cartridge dust removal", and the organic waste gas are treated together with "second stage water washing+first stage gas-liquid separation+second stage activated carbon online adsorption and desorption" before being discharged at high altitude through a 25m high exhaust pipe DA002.

3) The organic waste gas from Anluotong extract in workshop 03 of the enterprise is discharged at high altitude through a 25m high exhaust pipe DA003 after being washed with three-level water.

4) The exhaust gas from the enterprise sewage station is treated by "first stage alkaline washing+first stage gas-liquid separation+first stage activated carbon adsorption" and discharged at high altitude through a 25m high exhaust pipe DA004.

5) The exhaust gases from the hazardous waste warehouse and hazardous chemical warehouse of the enterprise are treated together with "first level alkaline washing+first level gas-liquid separation+first level activated carbon adsorption" and then discharged at high altitude through a 25m high exhaust pipe DA005.

Solid waste: Solid waste mainly includes water treatment sludge, discarded packaging drums/bags, waste activated carbon generated from waste gas treatment, condensed fractions generated during production, filtration and sedimentation filter residue, and household waste. Water treatment sludge, discarded packaging drums/bags, waste activated carbon generated from waste gas treatment, condensed fractions generated during production, filtration and sedimentation filter residues, etc. are entrusted to qualified Huai'an Huake Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for safe disposal. Domestic waste is collected and handed over to the sanitation department's gatekeeper for landfill.
